This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps 8 - 10 guests and features:
• A beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops, upgraded appliances with a walk-in pantry

Bayside Resort Amenities (Pass Required). Requests for resort passes must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival. An administrative fee of $5 per pass will be assessed for late requests or changes made with less than 7 days’ notice.) See below for pricing.

Parking & Access
• Driveway fits 4 vehicles
• Street parking is not allowed
• Garage access for amenities (not for parking)
• E-lock entry with unique code (reset after each stay)

Important Notes
• Must be 25+ years old to book
• No pets allowed
• Streaming services available with guests’ own accounts
• All adult guests must submit ID within 24 hours of booking
• Delaware law requires a signed lease agreement within 10 days of booking
• Guests will have access to Bayside Resort amenities by purchasing recreational passes 14 days before arrival. There are weekly and 3 day passes available. You don’t have to purchase any if you don’t want to – purchase only for those who will be using resort amenities. The price per pass differs depending on the time of year. Children 4 and under do not need to purchase a pass.

Recreational Pass pricing is structured as follows:
Off-Peak periods (January 1-May 15 and September 23-December 31)
3-day pass: $40 per person
Weekly pass: - $70 per person
Peak Season (May 16 - September 22)
3-day pass: $65 per person
Weekly Pass: - $115 per person
Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge.

Golf at Bayside is completely separate and at an additional cost. Also, there is one pool at the Pointe which is for residents only.
