View was beautiful! Kitchen was well-equipped. Good beach gear. Comfortable beds. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry detergent. Air conditioning worked well - we only used it at night.

Our first stay at Casa Vieques was awesome. You cannot beat the location, view, breeze, and the indoor/outdoor living space. Rooms are big and the beds were super comfortable. The outdoor(ish) showers were great and getting to hang with the horses was a bonus. The house had everything you need for the beach and then some and Jeremy was always responsive and so helpful. Hoping to come back next year!

The host and property manager were amazing, very responsive and accommodating. The property is beautiful with a great view. There was construction going on during our stay which did make it a bit less peaceful… The bugs and creatures at night are pretty loud, and as with most properties on the island, can get inside. There are only outdoor showers so not ideal if you like privacy and was quite chilly on a cooler rainy night. Overall, the place is very nice, though.

Safe, family friendly: solo mom & tween review: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vieques! The house was comfortable, welcoming, and an excellent home base for exploring Vieques. Its central location was one of the biggest advantages—we could easily reach beaches and attractions on both sides of the island without spending our vacation constantly driving.We visited Sun Bay, Caracas, La Chiva, Playa Negra, and the Wildlife Refuge, and also explored Esperanza and Isabel Segunda. We did a guided snorkeling excursion on the north shore and a bioluminescent bay tour, and the location made it easy to get everywhere. Cooler, chairs, towels, sand toys, everything is there! Having a comfortable house to return to after a day in the sun was wonderful, especially with the pool for cooling off and relaxing. A/C was a bonus for comfortable evenings. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable week, and we especially appreciated having a place where we could make breakfast, pack lunches for our beach days, and cook some dinners rather than eating out every night. It really felt like a home rather than simply a rental. They have everything: including blender to make real pina coladas! Vieques itself is beautiful and wonderfully relaxed, and staying at Casa Vieques made it easy to experience so much of the island. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, centrally located home base for exploring Vieques!

Casa Vieques is a special house. I’ve rented this property for the past 3 years. It is up on a hillside with spectacular views of the Caribbean. The evenings are spent on the deck enjoying the night sky. The neighborhood is very quiet and the horses come to visit every day.The house has all the needed amenities. It is especially nice to have air conditioning in all the rooms! Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is a definite plus! The bedrooms have new king mattresses, sheets and bedspreads.The house location, comforts and amenities are the basics for an enjoyable island vacation! Love the sun, variety of beaches, warmth of the ocean and local restaurants!Jeremy, the property owner, was very helpful and courteous! I’m already booked for next year!A couple of suggestions would be to add a dishwasher and table with chairs for dining and playing games. High top tables and stools are difficult for seniors.
