This oceanfront condo blends classic Mexican colonial design with modern comfort. Throughout the home, you'll find authentic local craftsmanship—stonework, wrought iron details, and regional decorative accents—giving the space its unique character and a true sense of place.

Primary Bedroom
The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a spacious closet and a ceiling fan. Large windows open to natural mountain breezes and offer views of the lush hills behind the building. Behind the headboard, four additional windows fill the room with sunlight, airflow, and even a peek of the ocean—beautiful touches accompanied by classic cantera stone nightstands, typical of the region.
This room also includes a private ensuite bath with a shower and large mirrors—perfect for getting ready for a night out.

The guest room offers a cozy double bed, natural light through its window a ceiling fan and a spacious closet for all your vacation outfits and photo-worthy looks.

Other things to Note:
Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning. However, due to its top-floor, oceanfront location, it enjoys excellent natural ventilation and refreshing sea breezes throughout the day. Fans are provided in each room to ensure a comfortable stay.

Pets are not permitted by HOA Board of Building
Swiming under your own risk as there are no lifeguard around
There are local buses services runing from the road that takes you to Zona Romantica, Amapas, Conchas Chinas and near to Centro. They charge you approx $20 pesos per person and takes around 15-20 min in passing by.

We kindly ask you to take special care when using the property's linens and towels, avoiding contact with makeup, hair dye, sunscreen, or other substances that may cause difficult-to-remove stains. This helps us keep everything in excellent condition for you and for future guests. If any irreversible stains are found, additional charges may apply after your stay.
Additionally, if you notice any damage or issues in the unit during your stay, we would greatly appreciate it if you report them as soon as possible. This allows us to address them promptly and ensure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
