+The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms: one room is neatly arranged with 2 single beds, the other room is more spacious with a soft king bed for a comfortable sleep. Both are equipped with separate air conditioners, helping to keep the air cool and pleasant all day long.
+The bathroom in each room has a shower and a hot and cold water system for both the hand-washing faucet and the shower. The water is carefully filtered, ensuring cleanliness and safety when used. Necessary personal hygiene products such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, etc. are prepared, along with clean towels in each room.
+The living room has a balcony area for drinking tea, reading books or chatting together in a quiet afternoon.
+The decent setup kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. You can cook dinners or breakfasts or whatever you would like to.
+ Please send your passport & visa/stamp photo at check-in (required by law). Info is confidential.
+ No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside the apartment.
+ Large trash bin outside the room, at the end of the hallway, behind the glass door.
+ Please turn off all electrical appliances when going out and do not make noise after 22:00.
