The apartment house in the Atlantic courtyard is located directly on the sea in the first row on the beach and from the harbor you can walk to the property in about 3 minutes. The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. The large panoramic window in the living / bedroom has a wonderful, direct view of the Halligen and the sand wall. The apartment has a separate kitchen and a shower room. There are parking spaces at the house, but they are not assigned to apartments.
