Cozy apartment with a large, well-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, GS, coffee maker, etc.), spacious living room with TV, WiFi and balcony, and a toilet with wash basin on the ground floor. Upstairs 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and bathroom. Washer and dryer in the basement.

Fabulous Farmhouse

We stayed at this amazing little farmhouse for 5 days/4 nights with our teenage boys and we loved every minute! The house is situated in such a picturesque location and it was easy to get to many different places in the area. The house is very clean and well organized and had everything we needed. Silvia is so sweet and helpful and we would definitely recommend this for your Switzerland vacation!

We loved our experience!

Our stay was just about perfect. There were six of us, and we couldn't have found a spot that fitted our needs better (spending mornings walking and appreciating the local surrounds, and afternoons exploring Luzern, Interlaken, and lots of scenic places nearby). Their homemade cheese was delicious as well! The beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Cozy, Rustic, Scenic Farm Stay

We had a large family of children and adults and our 1 month stay was charming and lovely. Tucked away in a scenic rural area, the farm was idyllic. So many beautiful hiking and bicycling trails nearby too. It’s a perfect getaway from the normal churn of life and getting in touch with nature. Not a typical vacation destination in the best ways possible. We definitely recommend it to those with the time to slow down and enjoy something different.

Enjoyable Stay!

We stayed here for a little over a week and found it to have what we needed for a comfortable stay. We set out to explore Switzerland each day from this property. We had a rental car, but there are local buses and trains. It might be a long walk to the nearest stop. The house has a nice-sized refrigerator and freezer. We made several meals in the full kitchen. They have a fondue pot and we used that one night. If you like hiking, many trails are available right from the house - no driving required. We tried a few trails and found them well-maintained and required only a medium-level of effort. The host was very helpful and we felt at home in this property.

This property is a working farm. It is a rustic as the owner described. The owner lives in the other half of the house. We were met by our host on arrival and had some challenges with the language since we do not speak German. The house was clean and it was spacious. The kitchen had an adequate supply of pots and pans but there was no microwave which made some things more challenging. We had a worn down heavily used scrub pad in the kitchen that we had to replace. You have to haul your trash to the nearest town so if staying more than 1-2 days you need to buy trash bags. We were a little surprised that you have to replenish any coffee pods (we did) or dishwasher tablets (we hand washed) you use. The washer annd drier were convenient. Upon departure our host and her son did a house inspection while we waited outside to ensure “you did not break anything” (we did not). Overall the house was comfortable and served its purpose to explore the area.

schöner und gemütlicher Aufenthalt

super ausgestattete Fewo, schön gelegen, abseits der Hauptstrasse aber man ist trotzdem mit dem Auto schnell (5-8 Minuten) beim Lift super mit den Kids der Töggelichaschte, die Kugelbahn und natürlich der Platz und die Tiere. Nette Vermieter, wir haben es sehr genossen!

Gemütliches, großzügiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Gastgeber sehr nett. Die Kinder durften in den Kuhstall, Kälbchen füttern und auch eine Kälbchengeburt beobachten. Sehr abgelegen, ruhig, Auto aber erforderlich, Skilift Twing dann unproblematisch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es kann bei den Gastgebern ohne Probleme täglich frische Milch, Käse und Wurst erworben werden.

Weihnachten fast wie im Winterwunderland

Dieses Jahr haben wir (fünf Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) die Weihnachtsfeiertage in dieser wunderschönen Bergbauernhofhälfte verbracht. Mit Blick auf die in der Sonne leuchtenden verschneiten Berge und vielen Tieren rund um das Haus, was insbesondere bei den Kindern für Begeisterung gesorgt hat. Bei (Schnee-) Wanderungen haben wir die Umgebung erkundet und immerwieder schöne Ausblicke ins Tal und auf die Berge genossen. Die tollen Spielemöglichkeiten aus dem Fundus der Wohnung (insbesondere eine große Murmelbahn) haben nicht nur die Kinder an den langen Winterabenden beschäftigt :-) Das Ganze haben die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber abgerundet. Ein Urlaub dort ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert !

Excellent séjour

Bel appartement bien équipé et bien entretenu, dans une très belle ferme bernoise, au milieu d'un décor de carte postale. Le gros bétail étant en estive, restaient les petits animaux de basse cour, dont en particulier une ribambelle de chats et chatons tous plus curieux et sympas les un que les autres. Séjour recommandé à toutes celles et tous ceux qui rechercheront LE Spot idéal pour de ressourcer. Merci à Silvia et à sa famille pour leur bon accueil.

Grosszügige Wohnung

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Es sind Spielsachen, Bücher, DVD uvm. in der Wohnung, falls das Wetter nicht mitspielen sollte. Bei gutem Wetter kann man sich fast nicht entscheiden bei diesen vielen Möglichkeiten.

Wohnung mit viel Platz

Es war ruhig und heimelig mit Kuhlglockengeläut. Selbst einen Pürierstab konnten wir uns ausleihen - Danke! Die Küche ist riesig, so dass man super zusammen kochen kann. Die Katzen waren sehr zutraulich. Der Hund bellte uns nicht mehr an, nachdem er uns kennengelernt hatte. Milch, Käse und Wurst sind über einen Kühlschrank in der Nähe des Bauernhofes erwerblich. Jederzeit wieder!

Schöner Urlaub

Von Anfang an haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ruhe, die wir hier gefunden haben war einfach grandios. Unsere Gastgeber waren toll, auch der Ausflug zum Heu machen hat Spaß gemacht. Die Verpflegung mit den Produkten des Hofes hat super geklappt. Am letzten Abend hatten wir gemeinsam viel Spaß gehabt. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit . Ruhe genießen in familiärer Atmosphäre

Geräumige, saubere Haushälfte zur Alleinnutzung. Alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Top Alleinlage am Ende einer Stichstraße, Adresse nicht in jedem Navi auffindbar, Anfahrt über Schotterweg. Lecker Käse und Wurst aus eigener Herstellung.

Kinder- und naturfreundliche Umgebung

Eine geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem wunderbar gelegenen Bauernhaus. Rundum nur Wiesen und Wald mit Bergen im Hintergrund. Allerdings so abgelegen, dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist.
