The former KdF facility Prora stretches directly on the dunes and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach with a view of the Prora Bay. Here you will find the impressive and completely renovated holiday home Haus Granitz. In the historic Binzprora you can enjoy the tranquility of everyday life with extensive walks, the sound of the sea and trips to the nearby nature. The direct beach location invites you to sunbathe and linger together. In a few minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea resort of Binz with its spa architecture villas or the port city of Sassnitz. A baker in the facility provides fresh bread every day. An elevator is available for easy access within the listed building.[nbsp] The already completed Granitz house is currently in a construction site area. The adjoining houses are currently being renovated.

Your ultra-modern 110RB4 apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The 2-room apartment with its generous 74 sqm can be occupied by up to 5 people + 1 four-legged friend and impresses with its beautiful outdoor terrace with a view of the pine forest and the Baltic Sea dunes. The high-quality, attractive equipment contributes to slowing down for a relaxing stay. Your non-smoking apartment has an upstream hallway with a cloakroom and a wall bed for up to 2 people. Adjacent to the hallway is the brightly tiled bathroom with a rain shower, vanity, toilet and a cosmetic mirror. The open-plan living area with a comfortable seating area including a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player and direct access to the terrace also combines the dining and kitchen area. In the kitchen area there is an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and extensive kitchen inventory. The separate bedroom offers you further access to the outside terrace. Here a new box spring bed gives you heavenly dreams after eventful day experiences. In addition, there is also a flat screen TV.[nbsp] Other highlights include free internet access, the apartment's own parking space (currently still freely selectable) as well as a travel cot and a highchair.
