Property was perfect for us during Masters week. About 7 miles from the course. Spacious common area for our group to congregate at night. Worked out as well as we hoped.

Listing made it seem like we had a private back yard to enjoy but there was someone else staying on the back of the property in a shed. When we attempted to contact through messages no response, called left voicemail to no response. Ultimately contacted booking app who started it was a separate property divided by a fence, even after submitting video to the contrary. We promptly cleaned up, locked the property then left. We then got a message from the property owner maybe, stating it was a separate short term rental. Then another call around 11 from the host wanting to inquire about the situation. I wasn't dealing with it that late, we booked a house with another company, no refund, no explanation as to why it wasn't included in the ad just the assurance that if the other party damaged anything in the backyard my insurance would cover it. We were closer to this shed and other person than we were to the road
