House by the sea, apt. 129Location: The lake view apartment with west balcony is located on the 6th Floor of a well-kept apartment house in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 25 m² for 2 people. Equipment: A design floor is laid in the combined living / bedroom. The fixed bed offers restful sleep. There is space for 2 people at the dining table in front of the living room window. The balcony with sea view is furnished with garden furniture. The kitchenette is appropriately equipped. The bathroom has a vanity and a shower. W'Lan is available free of charge. Pets are allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
