🚗 Parking: 1 car in driveway; also community parking available-first-come.
🎟️ Amenities Card: One (1) card provided. Lost card fee is $125 per HOA.
🚫 Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests, no parties or events. Quiet hours strictly enforced by HOA 10AM to 9AM.
