Enjoy your stay in this brand-new 4-bedroom, 3-bath home located just minutes from Sand Valley Golf Resort and Lake Arrowhead. This spacious and comfortable retreat is ideal for families, golf groups, and outdoor getaways, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to golf, lakes, and year-round recreation.

The home features an open-concept kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a cozy gas fireplace. A fully finished basement provides additional space to relax, including a large sectional, 65-inch TV, and bar area, making it perfect for movie nights or game days. Sliding doors lead to a deck overlooking a quiet wooded backyard where deer are often seen.

Sleeping accommodations include a primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and 55-inch TV; a second bedroom with a queen bed and 55-inch TV; a basement bedroom with two twin bunk beds; and a second basement bedroom with a queen bed and a twin XL bunk bed with a 42-inch TV. The home comfortably sleeps up to eleven guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and includes a large island and dining table for shared meals. Coffee is provided, along with both a Keurig and Ninja DualBrew XL for hot or iced drinks. All televisions are equipped with YouTube TV.

Guest passes to Lake Arrowhead Association amenities are available for $5 per car per day with advance notice. Amenities include heated outdoor pools, private beaches, a restaurant and lounge, boat launches and marinas, sports courts, playgrounds, and scenic walking trails.

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay. Please note that the UTV stored in the garage is not available for guest use. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from Sand Valley Golf Resort and approximately 20 minutes from Wisconsin Rapids.

Jason is a big fan of the many golf options in the area (his favorite course is the Pines), while Natalie loves soaking in the beautiful scenery and the peaceful atmosphere.
