House Rules
After your beach adventures, rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower located on the right side of the main entrance to preserve our septic system.
No smoking indoors; the designated smoking area is the parking lot.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please be respectful of other residents.
When using the AC, please ensure bedroom doors are closed to prevent system issues.
We are located in the driest area in the country so we kindly ask for saving water
No pets allowed
Minimum age of main renter has to be 25 years
No parties or events, quiet hours start at 10 pm

Cancellation policy
For standard reservations: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
For holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s): Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable

If the property is rebooked for the same dates and at the same rate, the Guest will receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. If the property is rebooked at a lower rate or for a portion of the cancelled dates, reimbursement will be adjusted accordingly

All previously paid processing or banking fees are non-refundable. Any new transfer or banking fees incurred during the refund process are the Guest’s responsibility.
