Whispering Willow Lodge is a 4,200 sq. ft. retreat just six minutes south of Sunriver Resort. With five bedrooms across three levels and room for 15 guests, it’s perfect for family vacations, group getaways, and special events.

Enjoy vaulted pine ceilings, two stone fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, and spacious dining and living areas. Sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, a twin bunk nook, and a twin-over-full bunk, with bathrooms on every level.

The 800 sq. ft. bonus room features a 65-inch TV, ping pong, comfortable seating, and a wet bar. Outside, enjoy a BBQ deck with a slide, large fenced yard, hot tub, firepit, and Mt. Bachelor views. A trail leads to private Little Deschutes River access for floating, fishing, and kayaking. Ample parking accommodates RVs, trailers, and boats.

Events are welcome for an additional fee, with onsite equipment available to rent.

Please note:

River access is seasonal; spring snowmelt may cause flooding or marshy conditions.

Well water has higher mineral/iron content, with whole-home and kitchen filtration; it is safe to drink.

Tents are permitted in designated areas only, not on manicured grass.

Three outdoor cameras monitor the front door, BBQ deck, and back deck.

We had the best time at Whispering Willow Lodge where we celebrated our wedding with family and friends. The property is amazing and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive - highly recommend this property and floating the river right up to the house!

Everything was wonderful! Only thing was listing was dog friendly and was advertised as fully fenced but there is no gate or fence for driveway and is on a busy road. Otherwise is a beautiful house. We enjoyed river access and scenery. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this property to host our wedding at and it was fantastic! There was space for our entire wedding party to stay for the whole weekend and host a 50 person wedding celebration. We were able to rent most of the furniture we needed for the wedding also directly through the host. The process was extremely easy as Vanessa was very responsive via email. Our one “poor” experience was the hard water at the property that made it difficult to shower or brush our teeth due to the iron. We needed to purchase multiple water bottle cases and gallons as the water was not drinkable. Truly other than that though the property is fantastic and able to accommodate just about everything and everyone.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Whispering Willow Lodge as part of a large family get-together. The house was absolutely perfect, with an amazing backyard and access to a beautiful stretch of river that was perfect for kid swimming and floating. The hosts were amazing in their communication and we could not be more satisfied with every aspect of our property rental. We are so, so grateful for the chance to enjoy this incredible home and location.

We had a wonderful group vacation here with lots of kids and our dog in tow! The property is absolutely beautiful — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, yet just a short drive into town for a fun morning adventure. The house was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The river in the backyard is stunning and so relaxing, though be aware there’s a surprisingly strong current! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Serenity with a view

This house never disappoints. We’ve stayed here before and it’s always been a great experience with the property owner. Houses well stocked and spacious offering everyone their own space. The view of Mt. Bachelor is so breathtaking on a clear day! We will stay here again for sure.

Respite from the heat in Texas!

Big house which fit our family of 12 very nicely! First few days were a bit colder than we expected but enjoyed visiting the many local sites! Last few days were a lot warmer and the kids (and adults) enjoyed floating the Little Duschutes! ! Great family time!

Amazing place!

This property is a great vacation place. It has a great view of Mt. Bachelor, quick access to the river and a huge backyard. This location was the perfect spot to have a large gathering. The house was fully equipped and then some. Communication with the host was great, she was very responsive and helpful. Highly recoomend it!

Perfect for our large family

Vanessa's property at Three Rivers was perfect for our large family's annual gathering. Beautiful views and river access, large lawns for games and running the dogs (and water gun wars) and private & quiet spaces for reading and visiting. Best of all, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feed everyone. We definitely hope to come back in the future.
