Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
They canceled our room only a couple weeks out from a sold out concert. I’m sure to resale at a much larger price. We couldn’t find anywhere else to stay and ended up an hour away. Will not ever book through VRBO and take that chance again.
