Wonderful stay in Essen

I had a wonderful stay at this property. I was in town for a convention, and the property is an easy walk from Essen West train station. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming and even helped me get laundry done when I arrived! I only speak a little German, but they were patient with me and we were able to communicate well together. All in all, a great stay.

Es waren Mängel in der Wohnung wovon ich den Vermieter erzählt und gezeigt hatte, aber er schon teils wusste, warum wird dann nichts geändert??. Bettgestell lose. Wände sind verschmutzt. In der Beschreibung steht Doppelbett welches es nicht gibt, Küchenzeile die Rausgerissen wurde und seit Juli die Beschreibung nicht geändert ist.TV hat nur Störsignale gezeigt.In der Rezeption wird alles verraucht, das der Gestank teils bis in den Fluren zieht.
