Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No feminine products down the toilet. There is no garbage pick up to the neighborhood. All residents have to drive their garbage down the mountain to Glenville Recycle Center (7355 NC-107, Glenville)
To turn fire on, open the metal curtains, pull down the front grate and turn the button to the ON position. To turn off, open the front grate and switch the button to the OFF position.
General Air conditioning setting: Fan = auto Check out settings: Nov-Feb Heat set to 55 degrees March-Oct Cool set to 78 degrees Pull gas grill out of garage to use, when done clean it & return it.
