The Summit at Moonlight is a private wellness residence built directly into the desert hillside of Paradise Valley. Raw rock, panoramic views, and refined living in a setting unlike anything else in the valley.

Designed by acclaimed Arizona architect Gordon Rogers, the 5,104-square-foot home is etched into the mountain itself. Natural rock face rises just beyond floor-to-ceiling glass throughout the living spaces, grounding the home in the geology of the Sonoran Desert. Across the valley, Camelback Mountain sits perfectly centered and unobstructed, visible from the kitchen island, the pool deck, the master balcony, and nearly every room in between. The interiors pair natural stone and warm wood beam ceilings with curated design, premium bedding and towels, and Sonos audio throughout.

The home's private wellness suite includes an infrared sauna by Sunlighten, a cold plunge by Doodip, and a fitness studio with panoramic valley views, all on the ground level alongside a private elevator that connects the garage to the main living areas above. Outside, a heated infinity pool and spa face Camelback head-on, with a private spa gazebo at the highest point of the property for sunset views and evening stillness above it all.

Three private bedrooms accommodate up to six guests with true separation between sleeping and living spaces.

The upper king suite is a self-contained retreat of its own. Private deck overlooking the valley, motorized blackout Rollashield for total darkness, in-suite Bosch washer and dryer, beverage fridge, and an en-suite bath with bidet.

The lower king suite offers equal privacy with its own en-suite bath.

A third bedroom with adjacent full bath completes the sleeping quarters.

The gourmet kitchen is anchored by a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer with dual ovens and everything needed for in-home dining. Bidets throughout, an Electrolux laundry set, EV charging, smart home technology, misting systems, and multiple outdoor fire features complete the home.

Outdoor living spans multiple levels. Poolside daybed and covered lounge, an upper terrace with sweeping Camelback views, a grill area carved into the native rock, and a hammock overlooking the valley and city lights below.

Landscaping, pool service, and pest control are included. Mid-stay cleaning is provided for longer stays, with optional concierge, grocery, or housekeeping services available upon request.

Despite its seclusion, the home is minutes from Paradise Valley resorts, Scottsdale dining, Old Town Scottsdale, and downtown Phoenix, including Luna by Giada at The Ritz-Carlton and Thea at The Global Ambassador.
