This luxury estate home sits on a private 1 acre lot with a resort style pool and outdoor area with TV. The location is only minutes to Kansas City's best shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A short 25 minute drive to the World Cup GEHA stadium. Complete with 5 star luxury resort style amenities, fully furnished three levels, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a gourmet chef kitchen. The lower level entraining area has two TV's, ping pong, shuffle board, skeet ball, and a private workout room. This is a 30 day rental however you can arrive or depart anytime in the 30 day rental. No pets or smoking. A $10,000 security deposit is required.
