In the middle of the recreation area, surrounded by mountains and nature! Perfect for getting away from everyday stress. Enjoy a vacation with hiking, biking, skiing, cross-country skiing or just relaxing.

Our house is perfectly located as a starting point for hikes or bike tours, ski or cross-country tours. The free ski bus stops right at the house to comfortably get to the lifts in the Filzmoos ski area.

In particular, visit the balloon weeks in January and marvel at up to 50 balloons that rise and adorn the sky every day.

Perfekt für einen JGA

Preis/Leistung Top. Das Appartement war sauber und groß genug für 10 Personen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und der große Esstisch ermöglichten uns einen gemütlichen „Kartenspielabend“. Die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Heidi hat mir vorab alle wichtigen Fragen beantwortet, sodass wir auch noch spätabends einchecken konnten. Jederzeit gerne wieder 👍

Feiner Aufenthalt in toller Gegend!

Wir waren mit unserem Agentur-Team da und hatten für nur 1 Nacht gebucht, was bei anderen Locations gar nicht möglich war. Das Haus liegt etwas am Rande des kleinen Bergdorfs, aber dafür fein gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf die Alpengipfel! Die Unterkunft an sich war klasse, sauber, und die Abwicklung supereinfach und nett. Man muss ich natürlich bewusst sein, dass es kein Designer-Luxus-Appartment ist. ;) Für einen feinen Aufenthalt aber wunderbar geeignet. Und vor allem: ruhig. Sehr ruhig! :)
