Arkona house - domicile by the sea

Beach holidays in the first row can be enjoyed particularly well in Prora. The new, modern apartments in Haus Arkona score with luxurious room sizes, lake view balconies and pleasant brightness thanks to many windows and balcony windows. The balconies are all facing the sea and with the window open you can listen to the cries of seagulls and the waves surfing day and night ... Thanks to the spacious staircase, the Arkona house offers enough space for unloading your luggage. There is an elevator in the house, which enables the apartments to be walked on at ground level throughout the house. A washing machine is available to guests in the south wing of the house. Free WiFi and parking are available to guests of our apartments. There is a bakery right by the house, where fresh bread rolls, cakes and specialty coffees are offered from morning to afternoon. A passage to the beach is in the immediate vicinity. On the beach itself, approx. 100 meters towards Binz, you can rent a beach chair or linger at the beautiful beach bar. Binz can be reached in about 30 minutes by walking along the beach. There is also a promenade that can be reached by bike from the end of Binz. The bike tour to Binz takes about 10-15 minutes and leads along the pine forests with a view of the beach of Binz Bay. The house Arkona has on the top floor an extraordinary wellness area with a light-flooded, spacious relaxation room, rain showers and sauna for free use by the house guests. A roof terrace for cooling off after visiting the sauna is also freely accessible and offers a breathtaking view of the entire Binz Bay.

Domicile by the sea:
The apartment Domizil am Meer in Haus Arkona has 2 sea view bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double box spring bed, wardrobe, TV and bedside tables. The second bedroom has a single bed (pull-out to a double bed), chest of drawers, Xbox, TV and coat rack. Both bedrooms can be darkened. The bathroom of the apartment has a wonderful rain shower with entry at ground level. There is a second, separate guest toilet. The light-flooded apartment offers with its bright, modern furnishings an ideal place to relax. In addition to a comfortable couch and a relaxing armchair with footrest, a large TV with internet connection and mood lighting, the living room also has access to the balcony with a lake view. A chic dining table with high-quality chairs decorates the middle of the living area. There is also access to the kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, microwave and other kitchen utensils. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a nice cooking evening. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
