Schöner Urlaub in bester Lage

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage von Binz direkt am Strand. Leider war der Balkon nicht auf der Strandseite (vom Inserat her hatten wir es so gedacht). Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bis auf kleine Abstriche in der Sauberkeit war es rundum schön und ein toller Urlaub.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll! Restaurants, Einkaufsstraße,Seebrücke alles in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Ein Auto wird nicht benötigt.

Tolle Wohnung mit Wassermangel

Das Objekt war gut. Allerdings gab es zeitweise so gut wie kein kaltes Wasser. Das hatte zur Folge, dass man sich z.B. unter der Dusche fast verbrannte und das die Spülmaschine mehrmals wegen Wassermangels ausgefallen ist. Auch die Klospülung funktionierte nur bedingt. Das alles ist gerade bei diesem Mietpreis sehr ärgerlich. Ein Kontakt zur Vermietung wurde zwar sofort beantwortet, man konnte allerdings den Mangel nicht beheben. Sehr schade!

Moderne schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Moderne schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war super. Immer freundlich und stets gab es eine schnelle Antwort. Die Betreuung durch die Vermietungsagentur war hier eher enttäuschend. Alles wurde schnell und emotionslos abgewickelt, bei Fragen auf die Eigentümerin verwiesen. Kurzum außer zum abholen der Schlüssel völlig überflüssig. Die Sauberkeit war OK, aber nicht perfekt. Bei dieser Preiskategorie hätte ich keinen Staub und Haare der Vorgänger erwartet. Einmal selbst schnell durchgesaugt und alles war perfekt. Etwas mehr Ablagefläche für Handtücher wäre gut, gerade bei mehr als zwei Personen wird es eng.
