My apartment in the 'Villa Hansa' is quietly located on Elisenstrasse and almost borders on the spa gardens of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The area around Elisenstrasse is partly in the monument area. This ensures the preservation of the appearance of this street, peppered with sightseeing buildings.
It is an extremely quiet residential area, since Elisenstrasse is a cul-de-sac at the pedestrian zone and ends after only thirty meters.
The beach promenade is approx. 250 m away, which borders the bathing beach and the Baltic Sea.
The 'Hauptstrasse' (promenade / pedestrian zone) is easily accessible on foot after thirty meters.

The stylish, newly renovated and high quality furnished apartment 4 in the 'Villa Hansa' is located on the 1st Floor of this new bathroom style villa, in a quiet and central location in Binz.
The Villa Hansa combines all the stylistic features of the bath architecture and at the same time represents a modern and contemporary building.
There are seven apartments in Villa Hansa.

The stylish and comfortable apartment has two double bedrooms, each with a new double bed and brand new H3 cold foam mattresses, two bathrooms (one with tub / toilet and one with shower / toilet), a large living-dining area with a full window front, integrated open kitchenette (incl. Dishwasher), cable TV, CD-DVD player and internet access.
There are also 2 furnished balconies where guests can enjoy their vacation time.

Within the Villa Hansa there is a communal sauna (coin operated machine) and a washing machine room (coin operated machine) in the basement.

An associated parking space can also be rented for 8.50 euros / day.

Auszeit in Binz

Wir hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene vollkommen ausreichend.

Schöne Villa mit Baulärm am Morgen.

Sehr schöne Villa in typischer weißer Bäder-Architektur der Gründerzeit. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns die schlechte Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer. Lesen war am Abend fast nicht möglich. Neben der Villa wird zurzeit gebaut. Der Baulärm am frühen Morgen unmittelbar auf der Seite des Elternschlafzimmers weckte uns täglich.

Wunderschönes Objekt, super zentral, tolle Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr, sehr schön, sauber, es war wirklich alles vorhanden und die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an unseren Vermieter, Herr Stefan Meyer, es war alles super… leider kann man nur 5 Sterne geben, wir würden sonst 10 Sterne geben.

schönes langes Wochenende

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Einige wenige Kritikpunkte gibt es aber doch: - ein Esstisch auf Barhöhe mag chic aussehen, ist aber leider nicht für jedermann geeignet - die Baustelle direkt nebenan war bei der Buchung nicht bekannt, ein Hinweis wäre nett gewesen - leider war der Code für die Schlüsselbox falsch, der korrekte wurde aber schnell mitgeteilt.
