Experience a peaceful community just 10 miles east of Enid in this luxurious and cozy 2-bedroom cottage. Inside, guests find two queen beds and a cozy office space with a twin leather futon, perfect for work or extra rest. The bathroom features a refreshing shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Whether you’re unwinding in the tranquil living area or enjoying the nice surroundings, this cottage offers a comfortable stay. A large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen great for entertaining and hosting special occasions or holiday meals. Formal dinning and small bistro tables. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Breckinridge and our cottage has to offer. The cottage is located just across from the playground for those who are young at heart or have children. Situated on a large size lot with plenty of room for parking and outside relaxing by the firepit.
8 miles to downtown Enid where you can find Broadway Antiques, City Library, Shopping, Restaurants, Enid Axe Throwing, Breweries, and the Stride Bank Center,
8 miles to the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center (museum).

Breckinridge is a small quiet and safe community where children can play in the streets and neighbors are friendly and caring. Located just outside of Enid gives this property a country vide, yet close enough to partake in the shops, restaurants, bars, and museums that Enid offers.
What makes this property unique
This cottage feels larger than it really is because of the open floor plan. It has a unique farmhouse/cottage vibe making it feel cozy, yet does not feel cramped or confined like some small homes.
