We love lake life, hope you will too. Our place is close to town Clemson University and yet private near the end of the cove. We love the vibe this place offers.

What makes this property unique

Our uniqueness lies in the property set up. We have 2 homes on 1 property. While there is ample room for sharing. We can dock 3 boats, there are 2 driveways and enough property for hosting both rentals. Although we do not support events, the apartment accommodates 6 comfortably, you can rent our mobile home which sleep 8 if available to have 14 guest combine. That is great for large gathering, family events or graduations, etc.
