The Kaptains Huus captivates with its brightness, the modern winter garden, its spaciousness and the charming combination of cozy Nordic flair combined with elegant and high-quality modern equipment down to the smallest details.
On the ground floor there is the winter garden with a spacious dining table, the modern fully equipped kitchen with an inviting counter including two bar stools, as well as the living room corner with enough seating for 6 people including a 52 "Smart TV and one that can be swiveled up to 90 degrees cozy fireplace. You can also connect the Internet radio to your mobile phone via Bluetooth. So you can listen to your favorite radio stations or music you have brought with you from home.
The entrance area is equipped with a cloakroom and a large full-length mirror. The shower bath with a floor-level tropical shower on the ground floor offers a practical alternative with full comfort to the bath tub on the upper floor. There is a utility room right next to the stairs, with everything you need on vacation (incl. Dryer and washing machine, drying rack etc.).
In the sideboard under the large TV you will find a. Games and books for young and old. For the little, very welcome guests there is also a colorful children's table with two chairs for playing, eating and lingering.
Via one of the two patio doors you can also reach the spacious south-facing terrace, which can be used in the shade even on sunny days thanks to the awning. There are three bedrooms upstairs. Two of them, each with a double bed and wardrobe, and one of them with two single beds and sideboard (ideal e.g. for younger guests / protection against falling out is available twice). In the "parent's bedroom", where a child's travel bed with a mattress could be set up, there is another television. All bedroom windows have pleated blinds and blackout curtains. Nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep. In addition, a spacious bathroom with towel heating, bathtub and open floor-level tropical shower offers plenty of space. A small built-in radio ensures that music can be enjoyed at all times.
The entire 105sqm house is equipped with underfloor heating and WiFi.
There is a shed for your bicycles, e-bikes and children's toys right in the garden. Here you will find u. a. also a handcart, beach toys and a beach shell.
