It’s ideal for guests who want to be close to everything without staying in a crowded or noisy area

What makes this property unique

This is a newly renovated triplex, thoughtfully rebuilt from the studs with comfort, function, and design in mind—everything is new and intentional. I live on-site in one unit, which means the property is well cared for, responsive support is available if needed, and the environment stays clean, safe, and respectful.
