Such a cute and perfectly located apartment when traveling to Knoxville! It was perfect for our stay when attending a University of Tennessee football game.

Beautiful space, perfect for my friends and I on a quick weekend trip to Knoxville for football. Not a far off drive to campus but just far enough to not get hemmed in by traffic. Super convenient location with a grocery store practically right next door! Quiet and safe and Laura was very communicative and helpful.

This place is the best. Clean, comfortable, convenient.Communications with the host was efficient and prompt.With a kitchen and a full grocery store next door, we saved money not having to go out to eat all of the time.We will definitely stay here again.

In all my years of traveling, this apartment was one of the best stays. With cozy sofas in a spacious very living area , comfortable large bed, perfect little kitchen area, crisp clean bath, and lots of natural light, I felt at home and very comfortable.I highly recommend this sweet gem if you need a place to stay in the Knoxville area!

Our first VRBO experience was a WIN! What a beautiful place! CLEAN and private. Spacious and bright - We loved the giant window! The bed was super comfy! Just like ours at home. Convenient to everything - the Ingles next door was a life saver! Lauren was so helpful with check-in and dining suggestions in the area. The only cons - small shower - (my husband is big and tall). The outside stairs to the apartment would be an issue for the elderly or handicapped. Those issues aside - we totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely use this one again!

It was a great stay. The firm mattress wasn't to our taste. But that's just our opinion. I'm sure others would like it. The pans available did make most of our food burn and we had to open all the windows several times. But other than that we give it a ten. We didn't have access to the Wi-Fi until the last day. I couldn't find the info anywhere. So we finally reached out and eventually we got logged in. Thank you for letting us stay. I would still definitely recommend this place! Great location with a lot nearby!! Love the huge window! Love the light that comes pouring in to wake you up in this relaxing environment!
