Wonderful romantic vacation home just minutes away from the beautiful, long sandy beaches of Southwest Sweden. Well-constructed for both Summer and Winter get-aways, this house sits in the middle of a nature reserve, is very private and is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms (+ one semi-attached w/ bunk beds - great for kids), good size bathroom w/ shower and washing machine, fully functional kitchen w/ microwave and family room w/ fireplace, TV, DVD-player and stereo w/ CD player. Wireless Wi-Fi. Around back you will find a large deck with a grill and plenty of space to lounge around. In the garage there is a freezer, bicycles, games and beach toys. Don't miss the incredible coastal view from a lookout point a short walk away from the front door with a spectacular view of the beautiful coast of Halland- perfect for romantic sun sets or picnics. Located 7 km south of Falkenberg (1 hour south of Gothenburg).

Wir haben einen schön ruhigen und entspannten Jahreswechsel in diesem sehr gemütlichen Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlte, verbracht (es gibt sogar Netflix für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend) …vielen Dank das wir da sein durften…es war alles einfach super und unkompliziert..vom ersten Kontakt mit Ingrid, bis zum Abschied…vielen Dank an Hiltrud für den lieben Empfang und leider viel zu frühen Abschied…wir können dieses Haus wirklich empfehlen… Viele liebe Grüße

Tolles Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir hatten schöne zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nahe am Meer. In dem Haus fehlte es uns an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sommer in Schweden

Sehr helles, schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, vom Kaffeefilter, über Kinderspielsachen, bis hin zu Gewürzen und Ölen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei dieser Stille schläft man wunderbar. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und hatten alle genügend Platz. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist mit dem Auto 13 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus ist direkt an einem Naturreservat, zum Sandstrand sind es, über viele kleine Schleichwege, zu Fuß ca. 20/25 Minuten. Unbedingt gesehen haben sollte man den ca. 250m entfernten Ausblickpunkt (eine überraschend grandiose Aussicht), das Lachsrestaurant testen und das Naturreservat am Strand abspatzieren (Kühe und Schafe kreuzen den Weg und lassen sich streicheln). Im Haus befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Infomappe, für weitere Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten. Für Familien ist dieses Haus der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen wundervollen Urlaub, Tür auf, Natur direkt an der Schwelle. Eventuell etwas gegen Zecken sollte man einpacken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke für den super Sommer in Schweden.

Super Basislager für Schwedenurlaub

Dieses Haus hält alles, was uns versprochen wurde. Es ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, top ausgestattet (incl. Spielzeug v.a. für Mädels und Gesellschaftsspiele) und liegt super idyllisch. Auch wenn man keinen direkten Meerblick hat, ist man in wenigen Minuten in Sichtweite des Meeres und die Badestrände sind wunderschön und sehr gut geeignet für Kinder! Wir haben Sonne genossen (auch im Garten auf der Holzterrasse vor dem Haus) und bei wechselhaftem Wetter Ausflüge in die Küstenstädte oder das Hinterland gemacht. Insgesamt ein tolles Basislager für Schwedenurlauber, die abends gerne in ein gemütliches Haus zurück kommen... Sehr empfehlenswert!

Urlaub am Meer

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche in diesem gemütlich modern eingerichteten Schwedenhaus. Es liegt wunderbar ruhig in einer Siedlung und man kann leicht mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand fahren. Die Strände sind nicht überlaufen und flach ins Meer abfallend, was uns super gefallen hat. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war vorbildlich, ob nun übers Internet oder vor Ort. Man war immer gut betreut! Man sollte die Laxbutik und die Sia Eisfabrik besuchen und vor allen Dingen kosten! Falkenberg liegt quasi "um die Ecke", Göteborg ist auch leicht zu erreichen. Wer Golf liebt kommt ganz bestimmt auf seine Kosten. Es gibt noch viel mehr Ziele die man besuchen könnte, doch unsere Zeit war leider begrenzt. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaubsort und nur zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank, daß wir da sein durften!!!
