The Residenz Waldkrone is located in a quiet yet very central location in Tannenstraße, one of the best locations in the western city center of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, only approx. 100 m from the Baltic Sea with direct access to the approx. 6 km long, child-friendly, fine white sandy beach and to the beautiful beach promenade. As the apartment complex is directly connected to the Hotel Residenz Waldkrone, guests of the apartment complex have the opportunity to use the hotel's wellness and spa offers for a fee. These include the sauna area, fitness studio, solarium and an extensive range of massage and cosmetics. In addition, all restaurant services (breakfast service, half board, a la carte restaurant) and the bar area of the hotel are available. Numerous shops, small boutiques, bistros, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll and linger. The bakery - for fresh bread in the morning - is just a few steps away.
