The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout is by 11AM, return boat equipment, tables, chairs if any back to where you got them from, secure boats so dont float away
Wash dishes, pots, etc that your group used, leave cash or pay for firewood or any extras
Text when you depart, have safe trip home, come again
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
