New, completed December 2025, 5 bedroom 5 bath house with private hot tob and great views. Enjoy access to Pool with a lazy river and a 2 story slide heated year round and pickle ball courts. You will love the easy freeway access, yet secluded and qiuet nieghborhood. Access to pickle ball courts, lots of off street parking and convenient location to Zion National Park. Keep your mountain bikes out of sight in the 2 gar garage. Master on the main with a king bed, huge shower and a toto bidet. 2nd bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Upstairs find a fun game room with sofa and three bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with tub/shower, second bedroom with 2 bunks, twin xl over queen beds with a tub/shower bathroom and the third upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a twin bunk bed with a tub/shower bathroom.

Home has a 2 car garage, parking on drive way and lots of nearby parking, inlcuding trailer parking availble in HOA. No on street parking allowed.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Amenities (pool/hot-tub) were an awesome addition. The location was great being near the highway, restaurants, and grocery store. Host was great to work with. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Excellent communication with the host, Nathan. He was prompt in responses and concise in directions and expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is well maintained, exceptionally clean, spacious, and stocked with what we needed! Using the hottub was the perfect way to end our evenings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to rent for the weekend. Our family consists of 3 adults (spouse, myself, and a freshly turned 18 year old boy), and 3 under 18 kids (16, 13, and 8) so this house had plenty of space for us to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be hoping to book again for a trip in the future!
