The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all used towels and place them in the laundry bins in each bedroom. Please take all trash out from the kitchen, bathrooms and every other space, and place them in the trash bin outside.
Please ensure the door is locked when you check out. If the key was needed from the lockbox, please place back inside.
Please let us know if anything was stained, ripped or broken upon your stay so we can be sure to act as needed for the next stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside the home and around the premises. Please report any damage or malfunctioning items so we can repair the damaged item.
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise level reasonable and by not blocking their driveways.
Please leave trash on provided trash bags on the garage and take care of dirty dishes. No parties allowed, unless discussed with host

Our stay at this home was very pleasant. The owner was very responsive when needed. The home was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, nearby where our family lives so we had a short drive each day. Everything was clean and new. Will stay here again if we go back to visit family!
