The apartment house "Villa Rerik" is in a very good and quiet location in the Baltic Sea avenue of the seaside resort of Rerik. The apartment complex, newly built in 2011, consists of 2 houses, each with 12 modern and spacious holiday apartments, all with a terrace or balcony. From your holiday apartment it is only approx. 300 m to the Baltic Sea with the wildly romantic cliffs and the wonderful white sandy beach via the access to the "Liebesschlucht" beach - it is only a 15-minute walk to the popular and 170 m long pier. The Salzhaff with the picturesque marina, the Haffplatz with its inviting restaurants and small shops as well as the lively promenade are also only about 15 minutes away on foot. From here you can undertake interesting tours with the passenger ship MS Ostseebad Rerik. A very nice children's playground is about 300 m away from your apartment. In about 5 minutes you can easily walk to a large and well-stocked EDEKA supermarket. There are also - e.g. B. for the fresh rolls in the morning - a bakery, a pharmacy, a savings bank and some other shops, cafes and bistros.

The friendly and bright 3-room apartment (approx. 51 m²) on the ground floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. All floors of the apartment are tiled. The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 4 people. For small children, we can also provide you with a children's travel bed (without mattress, duvet, pillow and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee). From the hallway with wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers you can easily reach all rooms of your holiday apartment. The spacious living / dining room has a separate seating area with a large, comfortable couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard and a closet. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 16 m² large and sunny terrace (facing south-east) with comfortable patio furniture and a small garden area - here you sit relaxed and comfortably in the green! For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV and a radio with CD player are available in the apartment. The open kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The friendly 1st Bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The separate 2nd Bedroom has 2 separate single beds, a bedside table and a spacious wardrobe. The large and modern bathroom has a very large shower area (160 cm x 90 cm) with a level entrance (senior friendly!) and a thermostatically controlled shower head, wash basin, toilet, hairdryer, towel radiator, underfloor heating and sufficient storage space. There is also a small storage room for suitcases and luggage in the apartment. You can store your shoes and jackets in the cloakroom in the entrance area of the apartment. At least one window per bedroom or Living room is provided with insect protection frame. Child protection sockets, triple window glazing and a central power cut-off are some more details that underline the high-quality equipment of the apartment. The apartment is 100% supplied with green electricity and primarily with its own electricity from a photovoltaic system. You can park your car free of charge in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the house, your bikes can be parked in a separate bike shed in the residence. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental if you are interested. Bringing a dog is possible on request - the related flat-rate additional costs for the increased final cleaning costs are € 20.00. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the terrace for this. Thank you for your understanding!
