The apartment is newly renovated and modernly furnished. 2 room apartment with kitchen, bathroom and balcony, approx. 60sqm. Central location. Rewe and gastro within walking distance. A66 motorway can be reached in 3 minutes. Parking space directly at the house. Due to the west-facing balcony and the floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment is very bright and has a great floor plan. Cable connection with internet access and TV connection available. Insgesamt OK. Wer gerne liest, sollte sich eine Leselampe mitbringen, weil die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung nicht ideal ist.

Ruhig aber in der Nähe von Frankfurt

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass alles zur Zufriedenheit abläuft. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und strahlt Ruhe aus. Die Einrichtung ist wohltuend schnörkellos und gemütlich, in der Küche alles reichlich vorhanden.
