Wir hatten die Wohnung für 1 Woche gebucht und mit 2 Personen bewohnt.Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und bietet ein großzügiges Raumangebot. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über den Ort und auf die Weinberge. Die Wohnungen haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Die Einrichtung ist stimmig, praktisch und von normaler, guter Qualität. Sie entspricht den Bildern. Die Küche haben wir nur fürs Frühstück und fürs Abendbrot benutzt, deshalb können wir nicht wirklich sagen, ob alles da ist, was man zum Kochen braucht. Augenscheinlich sah es aber danach aus. Kleine Extra-Wünsche wurden im Vorwege, die wir per Mail angefragt hatten, zu unserer Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Mails wurden sehr zügig und freundlich beantwortet. Von Bodenheim aus erreicht man schnell verschiedene Radwege, was sehr angenehm war.Bodenheim ist nicht gerade flach, ein E-Bike ist hilfreich, falls man radeln möchte.Einen Bewertungsstern haben wir für die Außenanlage abgezogen. Da könnte es besser aussehen.

Familientreffen

Wir waren als Familienurlaub unterwegs, als wir am Freitag anreisten, war es sehr kalt in der Wohnung, leider lies sich die Heizung nur im Wohn-, Esszimmer (unter warm verstehe ich aber etwas anderes) und in einem der 2 Schlafzimmer (hier nicht wirklich nötig) aktivieren. Nach Telefonat mit der Vermieterin, sie war wirklich bemüht, fanden wir 2 Heizlüfter, die wir im Bad und Esszimmer am Abend laufen ließen, so war es okay, aber unter Gemütlichkeit verstehen wir etwas anders. Im Laufe des Aufenthaltes änderte sich an der Situation nichts. Die Türen zu den einzelnen Zimmern sind sehr schwergängig und laut, was am Morgen störend ist, wenn ein Teil der Gäste noch schlafen will und andere nicht. Die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht allein, man musste die Glaskanne immer andrücken, damit das Wasser durchlaufen konnte. Das war echt nervig. Leider gab es keine Ableitung zur Mülltrenung,was wir in der heutigen Zeit wichtig finden. Als sinnvolle Anschaffung für die FeWo finden wir eine Teekann, vor allem für Herbst/ Winter. Auch ein Aufwaschlappen in der Küche wäre sinnvoll, nur mit einer Bürste abzuwaschen, die in unseren Augen auch mal ausgetauscht gehört, macht keine Freude. Und den Esstisch kann man mit einer Bürste schlecht abwischen. Insgesamt hatten wir trotz allem 2 schöne Tage in Familie, aber richtig wohl haben wir uns in der Wohnung nicht gefüllt. Man sieht, die Vermieter sind bemüht, aber hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Wir wünschen trotzdem Alles Gute!
