A 6000sqm natural property 50km south of Berlin directly on the Großer Zesch See awaits you for your exclusive private use! Your own private beach with bathing jetty, a 600sqm meadow on the lakeshore, a 400sqm luxury villa, a 150sqm multifunctional room (directly on the property) with state-of-the-art video and sound technology and sanitary facilities, as well as 2 further bungalows with a total of 4 double rooms with private bathrooms (see pictures) and numerous natural open spaces will make your stay unforgettable.

Our Villa Zesch am See is also a perfect starting point for excursions to Berlin, Potsdam and the Spreewald.

The luxury villa is the highlight of the estate, offering breathtaking views from its huge south-west-facing terrace and direct access to the lake. Villa Zesch's facilities include a sauna, a whirlpool, a billiard and entertainment room with video games, as well as a beautiful eat-in kitchen and our 100 square metre south-west-facing terrace. Some rooms are equipped with fireplaces, which create a cosy atmosphere, especially on cooler days.

Numerous parking spaces and free W-LAN are available.

Location description : Zesch am See is a perfect starting point for excursions to Berlin, Potsdam and the Spreewald. The small and large Zesch lakes offer many hiking and excursion possibilities and in summer invite you to take a long swim from the private beach.

Shopping facilities for your stay in our holiday home in Zesch am See are 5 km away. Tropical Island and the Johannismühle wildlife park are just 30 minutes away. The A10 Center on the southern Berliner Ring is also approx. 30 minutes away and has a cinema, discotheque, restaurants and bars and a large shopping area.

Potsdam is only 45 minutes away by car and offers exciting hours with its castles and lakes. The city centre of Berlin can also be reached in approx. 45 minutes. As an up-and-coming metropolis with millions of inhabitants, Berlin offers you sights, restaurants and shopping opportunities for an unforgettable city trip. You can also reach the Spreewald from our holiday home in Zesch am See in under 60 minutes by car.

Rowing boats and bicycles are available on request. A large south-west facing terrace with a stone barbecue invites you to enjoy unforgettable barbecue evenings with breathtaking lake views. Dogs and pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
