77 sqm maisonette apartment in the former horse stable of an old three-sided farmstead. In the middle of the village, but very quiet – no TV, with WiFi. Sleep upstairs among old beams, live comfortably downstairs with a view of the courtyard and garden. There is a barrel sauna in the barn, which guests are welcome to use. The lake with a beach is a 3-minute walk away, as is the forest with cycling and hiking trails. There is a public fitness trail just behind the farm. A restaurant and a fishery invite you to enjoy culinary delights. The bakery next door enriches breakfast and coffee time. There are great excursion destinations in the surrounding area – museums, churches, historic towns. Thermal baths, large outdoor swimming pools with fun for young and old, as well as the Spreewald and the city of Berlin with its rich offerings are just around the corner.

The farm itself offers seating areas facing south with a view of the garden from the vacation apartment, and further seating options in the courtyard facing north, which is flooded with light from the setting sun in the evening. A fire pit and grill are available, as well as a table tennis table. Parking spaces are available directly on the farm. Storage space for bicycles and kayaks is available.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Wochenende mit Freunden. Die Umgebung mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erkunden. Die Gastgeberin kompetent, unkompliziert. Trotz direkter Nachbarn, ist die Atmosphäre auf dem 3Seiten Hof sehr angenehm. Feuerschale und Saune sind im Angebot. Supi Dorfbäcker gleich ums Eck, der See in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und der Fischer mit seinem Imbissangebot ist eine Empfehlung.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne saubere und neue Unterkunft, stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Ruhige Lage mit sehr schönen Natur, eine tolle Ort zur Erholung auch in regnerischen Tagen. Tolle Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin der Wohnung. Ich würde es wieder buchen!

Komplett abschalten & entspannen in Kallinchen

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit. Der Hof, die Unterkunft, die Ausstattung und der Ort selbst waren herrlich für unser Freundinnen Wochenende. Wir haben viel gekocht und auf der Terrasse gegessen. Auch der Kater hat uns Gesellschaft geleistet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sind super runtergekommen.

The perfect getaway!!

Mein Mann und ich hatten uns fuer 30 Tage im November eingebucht und waeren am Ende am liebsten noch laenger geblieben!! Es war einfach nur richtg toll. Die Unterkunft ist tip-top, sehr schoen eingerichtet, sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und Patricia ist dazu eine sehr herzliche und liebe Gastgeberin, die uns mit allen Fragen etc. immer schnell geholfen hatte. Wir haben es richtig genossen und wuerden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Es ist perfekt, wenn man mal eine Auszeit braucht und der Stadt entfliehen moechte!
