Welcome to this wonderful holiday apartment for up to 3 people; tastefully decorated with attention to detail in a maritime look.
Centrally located in the Grömitzer pedestrian zone, you live away from traffic, but you have shops and restaurants on your doorstep.

The bright and modern apartment has a separate bedroom with built-in closet in addition to the living room. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed. This results in sleeping places for 3 people. Not only can you eat on the cozy dining area, you can also chat and play. In the kitchen everything is available from the egg cooker, toaster, microwave, deep-freeze compartment with containers, oven, pots, dishes and dishwasher. The bright shower room has a toilet, shower, mirror cabinet and hairdryer. In the lockable underground car park, parking space number 5 is available for the duration of your stay. Bicycles can also be parked there.
A balcony of approx. 13 sqm in a south-east orientation ensures relaxation in a comfortable environment. Here you can enjoy your glass of wine on comfortable balcony chairs or in a beach chair; two parasols provide shade. A beach chair on the Baltic Sea (from the 15th Aril to 15. September) and a free WiFi connection are part of your apartment.
We ask for your understanding that this is a non-smoking apartment and that no pets are allowed.
The beautiful spa park is in close proximity to the apartment.
The beautiful sandy beach and the spa promenade can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the Grömitzer wave in about 8 minutes on foot.
