Modern, quiet semi-detached house in the idyllic Bendestorf / Nordheide. Bendestorf belongs to the joint municipality of Jesteburg. Jesteburg is located in the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park, belongs to the Hamburg Metropolitan Region (30 minutes away) and the Lüneburg Heath.

The house was completed in 2016. Since February 2020, the rear half has been used as a holiday apartment or Holiday house rented. On 103 sqm (ground and first floor) a maximum of 6 people have plenty of space for relaxing days.

1-2 dogs are welcome. The property is completely fenced. Depending on your wishes, separate areas can be separated for guest dogs. We, your landlord (2 adults), live with our 2 dogs in the front half and offer a dog-sitter service if you would like to do something without your four-legged friend (e.g. Day trip to Hamburg). We are happy to give you tips for your excursions - if desired. Otherwise, we are happy to leave you alone, our dogs have their own delimited garden area on the front half of the house, so that you can be completely on your own on "your property half".

Prices: From October to April you can only rent the ground floor for 1-2 people for 60 € / per day plus 60 € basic cleaning.
The basic price is otherwise valid for 4 people. Each additional person € 15 per day. € 5 per dog per day.

The house is located in a quiet side street (30 zone). The Kleckerwald with its large network of hiking and biking trails is around the corner. A car parking lot for guests is located directly on the property. Also ideal for cyclists. You can park your bikes in the carport shed (lockable).

The semi-detached house was originally set up for the landlord's parents. The parents lived on the ground floor, the 24-hour-Maintain your realm. There are living rooms and shower rooms on both levels - the area to the upper floor is separated by a door to the upper hallway. Ideal for two couples or for a family with children / teenagers who may need some rest from their parents.

As you can see from the floor plans and photos, the semi-detached house is completely tiled and has many floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor, including 3 doors to the garden. There are mosquito screens on the patio doors and some windows. Everything is bright and tastefully designed with plenty of storage space / storage space for everything that you like to have on vacation.

About the beds: The double bed measures 160 x 200 cm on the ground floor (double bedroom 1) and is equipped with a mattress made of QX foam with a medium (H3) and firm (H4) side - brand "Bodyguard" = winner at Stiftung Warentest. On the upper floor there is the double bedroom 2 with the double bed 180 x 200 cm and cold foam mattresses 23 cm, medium hard and the sofa bed (so-called double bedroom 3) with the lying area: 160 x 200 cm and a polyurethane foam mattress 12 cm, medium hard. In the eat-in kitchen, the couch can also be folded out into a sofa bed (lying area: 140 x 200 cm) - in theory, this is the 7th Bed in the house - well suited for "emergencies" such as snoring or sick people :). Of course, the pillows and inlets are washed regularly (60 degrees).
