The following optional services are available for an additional fee and must be requested and paid for in advance. Availability is subject to scheduling.

1. Pool Heating

$95 per night (3-night minimum)
Optional pool heating is available during cooler months. Heating may take up to 24 hours and is subject to weather conditions.

2. Late Checkout

$150 (up to 2 hours, with approval)
Late checkout is subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

3. Snack & Beverage Packages

Event Weekend Snack Pack – $175
Includes a curated selection of snacks, bottled water, soda/sparkling water, and essentials stocked prior to arrival. Perfect for event weekends and late arrivals.

4. Mid-Stay Cleaning Service

$175 per visit
Includes trash removal, towel refresh, light cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms. Recommended for stays of 5 nights or longer.

5. Grocery / Beverage Pre-Stocking

$125 service fee + grocery cost
Have groceries and beverages stocked before arrival. Items coordinated and approved in advance.

6. Private Driver Coordination (Event Transportation)

$200 per trip (one way, up to 25 miles)
We coordinate a third-party driver for transportation to and from events (e.g., Phoenix Open). Guest pays driver directly (venmo, zelle or app); coordination fee applies.
