About this property

Wake up in the morning and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee on your dock or paver patio overlooking the wide water. You will probably hear and see wild life from this large oak tree shaded Water front site, with access to Lake Kissimmee and the river. Immaculate RV located on a full brick paver outdoor cooking, eating, and relaxing area. Private dock provides an opportunity to fish, keep a boat or jet ski or just sun bath. The River Ranch RV Resort is adjacent to the Westgate facility. All of the resort guests have access to the Westgate theme parks, Disney style water park, air boat rides, swamp buggy rides, archery, skeet shooting, zip lines, restaurants, and much more for great family fun and making memories. There is a rodeo Saturday night and a saloon with music and line dancing and much more. There are separate costs to enjoy the Westgate amenities. There is also a small down town area with a general store, ice cream shop, coffee shop, pizza shop etc.
You also have access to the Mustang Center ( where you check in ) which has a pool table, ping pong, large screen tv room, reading room and library, bathroom and sauna. The RV park itself has 3 on site pools and hot tubs throughout. To use these facilities you will need to purchase a lanyard pass at the Mustang Center when checking in. River Ranch is one of the most guest friendly resorts you will ever stay at, so come on down with your family and friends and make life time memories. You won't be disappointed

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Close all windows, shut of water heater, shut off lights, set BOTH A/C thermostats to 85", go to where you turned to water on at rear of RV and shut off water supply at blue handle.

Lock RV door and put key in lock box making sure the lock box is locked. Drive safe and come back and see us.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guest must send host, full name, address, phone#, email for them and others over 21. This is registered at Mustang Center to check in

My name is Mike, from Buffalo New York ( GO BILLS ) and have lived in Florida since 1977. Married for 41 years to Tammy and have four adult children. When I have the opportunity, I love to go to the Ranch to relax and to take my pontoon boat into Lake Kissimmee or down the Kissimmee river. Both bodies of water offer great fishing and an opportunity to commune with OLD FLORIDA nature. If you decide to visit The Ranch I am positive you will love it as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

I chose to own a premier water front RV site in River Ranch because it is in my opinion the nicest and most friendly RV Resort i have ever stayed at. There are many hundred year old giant oak trees in the resort that will blow your mind. this place is magical.

What makes this property unique

My site has a private dock for you to park your boat, jet ski, or just soak up the sun while the large oak supplies an abundance of shade when relaxing or dining on the brick paver patio and outdoor cooking area. The RV Resort has 5 sections with 3 separate swimming pools and spa, coin laundry, pickle ball etc. The Mustang Center which is the check in location for the RV Resort offers a pool room, card room, TV room, library, reading room, bathrooms with sauna.
The Resort is adjacent to the Westgate River Ranch complex which offers a wide variety of entertainment for young and old alike. There is a Disney style water theme park ( kids love it ), horse back riding, zip lining, petting zoo, archery, skeet shooting, catch and release fishing spot, Marina with air boat tours and boat rentals, swamp buggy rides, There is a full blown rodeo in the rodeo arena on Saturday night, a saloon ( child friendly ) out door fire pits, and so much more. There also is a small quant downtown area with a general store, ice cream shop, coffee shop, pizza shop etc. This is COUNTRY GLAMPING at its finest. Come and enjoy all the Ranch has to offer.
