Step out on to your ground floor patio and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the fish and turtles in the pond just steps from your seat. You can access the main patio area from your great room & main bedroom. There's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has modern high end cabinets, updated counter tops and appliances. Situated right off the hallway near the kitchen is the Low Tide Escape Second Bedroom featuring two full sized beds. You'll have your very own TV with Roku. The second bathroom is adjacent to the Low Tide Escape Bedroom and is also accessible from the hallway for use by guests staying or visiting your condo.

The Beach Break Escape Third Bedroom Suite features two full sized beds with access to its own patio. There's a TV with Roku in this suite, too. The third bathroom is adjacent to the Beach Break Escape bedroom with a tub/shower combo, a single vanity and toilet which makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
