Your private patio and entrance will lead you into the spacious suite with its tall ceilings, queen bed, 43" Smart TV, and large private en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Step outside and relax on either the beautiful wrap around front porch with plenty of seating and dining room, or your private patio just outside your door. Enjoy all of the conveniences of this East Hill neighborhood - where you will be walking distance to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, a juice shop, the neighborhood Publix and breweries. Just a short 5 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes to beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach!

Great location. I arrived in the evening and found the home hard to locate on a busy street. Numbers near road not illuminated. The door to my entrance did not have porch light on, so hard to get key out of lockbox and unlock door. Listing states WiFi and laundry but there is no password listed in unit for WiFi and no laundry I could locate. Noise from main house was prevalent through the adjoining wall. Shower had low water pressure and temperature was difficult to regulate.
