The middle level is the heart of the home and is fully open concept, designed for seamless entertaining. The living room features a cozy fireplace and flows directly into the pool table area, dining space, and kitchen—allowing everyone to stay connected whether cooking, dining, or playing a game. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
