Guests will have access to a unique, modern, organized, and very well-equipped space, with an excellent location and a safe environment.

The 34 m² property features a queen-size bed, as well as a living area with a sofa and a 50” Smart TV. All rooms are equipped with split air conditioning (cooling only).

IMPORTANT!

1st – The common areas advertised in this listing may be temporarily closed for maintenance or for other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, access to and use of these areas are subject to such possible restrictions.

2nd – In accordance with condominium rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
