About this property

Our modern 60 sqm apartment with a 20 sqm sun terrace on the outskirts of Welzheim was renovated in spring 2020 and offers space for up to 4 people.
Our 2-room holiday apartment is divided into a spacious, bright living-dining area (with sofa bed), has a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

Let yourself be infected by the relaxed atmosphere of the Welzheimer Forest and enjoy a few wonderful days in our holiday accommodation. From our terrace you have a wonderful view of the Limes with its Roman fort. Look forward to your stay with us and take advantage of the many leisure activities in the area.

We completely renovated this holiday apartment on the top floor of our house in spring 2020 and furnished it in the way we imagine it to be ideal accommodation when we are traveling.

Our vacation apartment has a separate entrance. Nevertheless, we are available if you have a special request, you need support or you just need a good tip for a hike or for a good restaurant nearby.

A parking space is available in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
A cozy, separate barbecue area with seating is available in our garden.
We have a children's playground nearby.

Toll eingerichtete und große Ferienwohnung

Meine Frau und ich haben hier eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen, sie zeigte uns die FW, händigte uns zwei Schlüssel für das Haus und die FW aus, gab einige Erläuterungen zur Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw.. Auch zeigte sie uns, wo sich die vielen Flyer, bezüglich Kulturangebote, Sport, Natur, Messen, Wanderkarten usw. im Haus zu finden sind. Mit so viel Freundlichkeit haben wir wirklich nicht gerechnet, einfach sehr angenehm und toll. Die Terrasse konnten wir täglich nutzen, da das Wetter explizit gestimmt hat. Die FW ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle Fenster haben Außenrollos und im Schlafzimmer sind die Fenster zusätzlich mit Insektenschutzgage gesichert. Zwischendurch überraschte uns die Vermieterin mit kleinen leckeren Aufmerksamkeiten, die sie uns diskret vor die Tür stellte und die wir natürlich sehr gerne angenommen haben. Schlafen konnten wir sehr gut, die Matratzen sind nicht durgelegen und ruhig war es auch in den Nächten, um durchzuschlafen. Insgesamt hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, tolle Vermieter, großzügige FW und ein herzliches Dankeschön für die wunderschöne Zeit! Sehr gerne werden wir diese FW weiter empfehlen! Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Baden-Württemberg kommen, werden wir mit Sicherheit, diese FW erneut buchen. Mehr Gastfreundschaft geht nicht! Herzliche Grüße aus dem Bundesland Brandenburg!

Gezellig en comfortabel appartement

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij deze gastvrije familie. Het appartement is fantastisch en zeer compleet uitgerust. Het ontbrak aan niets. Warme gastenvrouw die met alles mee wil denken. We hadden onze fietsen mee en die mochten we in de garage stallen. De omgeving is alles wat we ervan hadden verwacht. De wandelingen en fietstochten konden we starten vanuit onze accomodatie. Kortom wij waren zeer tevreden.
