The living space of approx. 120 m² in 5 rooms is used optimally. The house can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.
The large living room with open kitchen is on the ground floor. From here you have access to the spacious terrace / garden with garden furniture and loungers. The garden is fenced and offers a safe place for children and / or dogs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the counter also has two cozy bar stools as seating. The cozy sofa corner offers plenty of space for TV or game evenings. Furthermore, the dining area offers space for 7 people. There is also a shower room with toilet and a utility room with a washing machine (free) on this level.
In the 1st Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds (each 1.80 wide). The smallest bedroom has a single bed (0.80 wide) which can still be pulled out to 1.60 wide. Another bathroom with bath / shower and toilet completes that

In the cozy attic (open gallery) there is another bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide).

entertainment
A large LED TV (65 inches) in the living room awaits you for movie nights together. In two of the four bedrooms you can also watch TV before going to sleep. With free high-speed WiFi access (1000 Mbit !!) you can stream your favorite show in top quality at any time even on vacation.

The holiday home SOUTH COAST is bright and airy and reflects the casual Baltic Sea look. Warm colors and the well thought-out design create a very special feel-good atmosphere.

Parking & bicycles
So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, 2 free parking spaces are available right on the doorstep. Bicycles can be stored dry and safe in the in-house bicycle garage.

House Rules / Prices:
The mandatory spa tax (for people aged 18 and over) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Feel free to ask us for the prices in advance. The price range is between 0.50 € - 3.00 € / night and person.

Separate final cleaning for dogs: 25, - €
