Quiet hours: 11pm to 7am on Mon - Fri. 12am-7am on Sat and Sun. Please keep quiet in the common are as loud speaking or yelling is easily heard.

Long term rentals will need a UK ETA check or similar. 3-5 month rental will need a simple agreement due to UK law.
