The Fleesensee domicile Tammy was built in 2019 and furnished with love. Couples, families with children can relax on 91 m². In the light-flooded living / dining room (41m²) a cozy leather sofa offers enough space for lively entertainment or exciting TV evenings with the flat screen TV. A fireplace provides natural warmth in the cold seasons. Children and four-legged friends will love the underfloor heating in the living area. On the ground floor there are electric shutters for the evening and opaque pleated blinds for privacy during the day.

The open kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking enthusiasts will find everything they need to pamper their loved ones on vacation. Induction cooker with four hobs, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, waffle iron, egg cooker and many other kitchen utensils make catering easier. A separate dining table offers enough space for eating, laughing, talking and playing.

The bathroom (8sqm) on the top floor has a spacious shower cubicle and plenty of room to change clothes. The lower bathroom (2.5m²) has a shower and can be used as a full bath. Both bathrooms have a towel radiator and in the shower a hand / overhead shower.

In the bedroom (12m²) on the lake side you can watch the Fleesensee through the pleated roof window. Two medium-hard mattresses in the double bed invite you to restful dreams. If you prefer hard mattresses, you can find them in the double bed in the second bedroom (11m²). There is also a flat screen TV in this bedroom. There is enough storage space for your clothes in the spacious wardrobes. Reading lamps and shelves on the bed invite you to linger.

In every living room / bedroom there is at least one option for ventilation with fly screens (from May 2020).
From the ground floor you can access the three wooden terraces that extend from the west to the east. An east terrace for breakfast. In the north you have a view of the Fleesensee and on the west terrace you can retreat for privacy. In the garden there is a sandpit (from May 2020), garden furniture, parasol and a grill. You can park your bicycles in the garden shed. In front of the house there is a paved parking space for one large or two small cars.

You can walk to Fleesensee from the property in about 100 m. In about 10 minutes on foot you can reach a playground for children, the bathing beach and a swimming area for dogs.

The house has internet via W-LAN and is free of charge. Bed linen, towels and children's chairs and beds can be booked separately.

Göhren-Lebbin charges a visitor's tax. This is per person per day
High season: 01. March to 31 October: 2.00 € (reduced 1.00 €)
Low season: 01. Nov. to 28./29. February: 1.50 € (reduced 0.75 €)

free time activities

Golf (approx. 2 km away): 5 golf courses with 72 holes (3 x 18 holes, 2 x 9 holes) guarantee exciting golf adventures for all skill levels. There are two 9-hole practice courses where golf beginners and children can achieve their first successes. A handicap is not required. Game material can be borrowed from the golf club. The spacious training area with the GolfArena will delight every golfer. The 18-hole castle course designed by Stan Eby will also challenge golf professionals. There is an Hcp limit of up to 36 here until 3 p.m.

Fishing: In Malchow you can buy a tourist fishing license for the Fleesensee and other waters. In the Fleesensee region it is also possible to fish without a license.

Biking: There are many bike tours around the lakes or in the Müritz National Park. If you want to be on the road longer, you can also follow the Havel bike path towards Berlin.

Running: In Untergöhren and Göhren-Lebbin there are some specially designated running routes. Partly with outdoor gymnastics on the running track.

Boating: There is a boat rental and passenger boat service in the harbor.

Attention speed cameras
Please pay attention to the speed limits when you arrive. This region loves speed cameras. In the 70s zone coming from the A24 towards Malchow, in the 50ies zone in Penkow there are permanently installed flash systems. Furthermore, mobile and well-hidden flash systems are also often used in the 30s zone in Göhren-Lebbin.
