With an open floor plan, game room, and desirable outdoor amenities like a fire pit, hot tub, and BBQ, Boulder Bay Stay offers a comfortable mountain escape for guests looking for relaxation and recreation in a serene setting.



Enjoy your morning brew with a mountain view from the front deck. Then step into the fully equipped kitchen to whip up a hearty breakfast, fueling up for a day on the slopes, nearby hiking trails, or the lake.



Unwind after an adventure-filled day in the cozy living room, featuring stunning hardwood floors, rustic wood accents, a plush leather sectional, and a flatscreen TV with streaming services. Warm your toes by the wood-burning stove or take in the night sky through the telescope.



Wrap up the evening with a nightcap gathered around the firepit or soak those tired muscles under the stars in the brand-new hot tub.



Still, have energy to burn? Head downstairs to the game room where kids of all ages can enjoy a flatscreen TV with streaming services and a built-in game console, foosball, Poker table, an arcade game, and an electric fireplace – perfect for winding down or keeping the fun going!



When it's time to turn in for the night, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 3 comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while Bedroom 2 also features a queen for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 3 is perfect for additional guests or kids, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a charming vintage-style tub. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, ensuring everyone can unwind with their favorite shows.

The second full bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway, has a shower. Guests will also appreciate the downstairs laundry room – ideal for doing a load after a day of sledding!

This property will be the perfect home base for guests seeking rest and recreation. Just a few hundred yards from the lake and Boulder Bay Park, 2 miles from the Village, and 4.5 miles to Snow Summit, it’s perfectly situated for year-round adventures. Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
